Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product — a personal skin-use device — we do not accept returns of opened or used devices, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
If your device has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us first to obtain return authorization. No packages received without prior authorization will be processed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
Each device is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
This warranty is in addition to the legal warranty provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, which states, among other things, that goods must be fit for normal use for a reasonable period. Our terms of sale do not limit or replace these rights.
Health Warning
Rivelo sells a device for home use. We are neither a clinic nor a medical office, and we do not provide medical advice. Results vary from person to person. Read contraindications carefully before any use and consult a healthcare professional if in doubt.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
