Service Areas

Rivelo ships across Canada, including provinces and territories. We do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase amount.

Delivery Times

• Preparation: 24 to 48 business hours after receiving your order.
• Transit: 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimated based on our carrier's data. They may vary during peak seasons, adverse weather conditions, or for remote areas.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received it within 48 business hours of your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for a package delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the indicated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution with you.
