1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the shoprivelo.ca website and the purchase of Rivelo products. By browsing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
Our products are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We only deliver within Canada.
3. Orders
Your order is confirmed by email after payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of a clear pricing error, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at the time of payment. Payments are processed by certified providers, and we never have access to your card number.
5. Delivery, Returns, and Warranty
Delivery times and conditions are described in our delivery policy. Returns and warranty are described in our return and refund policy.
6. Product Use
Rivelo is an IPL device for home use. Before any use, read the manual, perform the sensitivity test, and consult the list of contraindications. Results vary from person to person. The information published on this site does not constitute medical advice. In case of doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
7. Intellectual Property
The texts, images, logos, and graphic elements of this site belong to Rivelo or are used with authorization. Any reproduction without prior written agreement is prohibited.
8. Your Rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights conferred on you by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms. The version applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws.
